The 8 inch tall electronic NS-5 Sonny bust from the international blockbuster movie i, Robot features:
  • Translucent layer skin over mechanical-simulated face just like in the movie 
  • Real die-cast metal neck and parts producing the "look and feel" of a real android 
  •  Motion-sensing activated (up to 12 feet) LED light replicating the illuminated brain 
  • Intricately detailed computer etched frosted Positronic brain light casing 
  • Powered by 9-volt battery for long-lasting display enjoyment 
  • Riveted limited edition numbered metal plate of 3,000 units worldwide 
  • Comes packaged in a highly glossed black box made of transparent acetate with printing on the inside to provide a sharp sleek futuristic appearance. There are 3 windows to provide sneak previews of Sonny's highlighted features. On the back, notes Isaac Asimov's timeless 3 Laws of Robotics for good measure. Destine to become a classic!
MOTION SENSOR FUNCTIONALITY:
The motion sensor operates by detecting motion and temperature changes. The sensor scans the infrared signature at a forward 45-degree angle by 3-meter radius. Any changes in the infrared signature activates the light-up Positronic brain. Once it lights up, it will stay on for about 20 seconds and then turn off until the next change is detected.
